In June we’ll be leading a team to Costa Rica to build a safe home for an organization rescuing young girls from the sex trafficking industry. Honored to announce that over the next three years we have a massive goal to fund $1M in IVY M.A.D. Again, when we left that community and walked away from the ground zero of sex trafficking to start a business, we knew it was to think bigger and more sustainably about making impact long term. A few years ago I moved to Thailand with my sister Sarah, who is now my business partner, to volunteer and fight sex trafficking.
Growing up, my family was always super aware of, involved in and actively fighting human sex trafficking. I also wanted to build something that could reach much further than I could reach on my own. I wanted to build a brand and a community & I wanted to shape culture. When I first started building businesses, I knew it was for more than just profit.
